The Salmon & Trout Association is a charity working for fish, people and the environment. We are supported by game anglers.

We lead the fight against water abstraction,
non-sustainable fish farming, agricultural and industrial pollution, out-of-balance predators and the decline in water habitats – and much more. All essential for anglers – but vital for our children’s future.

With our Science Department, we no longer simply say something is wrong. We can prove it.

And because government departments and agencies listen to us, we have the clout and the resources to put policies in place that make a real difference.

Our work is to preserve the aquatic environment on which all life depends. But we can’t do it without you.
